ಮಂಗಳೂರು: ಗೂಗಲ್ ಭಾಷಾಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ತುಳು ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿರುವುದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಕರಾವಳಿಯ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತಸ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಕ್ರಮವು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಗೂಗಲ್ ಭಾಷಾಂತರಕ್ಕೆ ತುಳುವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿರುವುದು ಭಾಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಭಾಷಿಕರಿಗೆ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲು ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ತುಳು ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ತಾರಾನಾಥ್ ಗಟ್ಟಿ ಕಾಪಿಕಾಡ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
